These Terms govern your access to and use of the Luna Tech website and services operated by LUNA TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED.

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the Luna Tech website or any services made available by LUNA TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED (the “Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the services.
2. Regulatory status
LUNA TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED is currently undergoing licensing review by the Bank of Tanzania. Services will be offered upon authorisation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania to use the services.
4. Account registration
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to maintain it. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the services for any unlawful or prohibited activity, including activities listed in our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Fees
Fees for the services will be set out in your merchant agreement. The Company may amend fees with prior notice.
7. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos and content on the website are the property of the Company or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or services.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. The courts of Tanzania shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
11. Changes
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or by email.
